Incorporating the flavours of Thailand, expect to find herbs like bai hor wor - an indigenous herb in northern Thailand and bai hoo seur, most commonly used in making larb.

      Working honey into their special mixes too, enjoy their Wild Honey Daiquiri, mixed with two types of rum and two types of honey for a sweet, dark and intense drink. For a unique mix that’s on the savoury side, try their Pickled Elephant Garlic. Vodka, rum, dry vermouth is mixed with the briny notes of pickled elephant garlic for this tart drink. A perfect balance that lets you taste each distinct flavour.

      For a more natural drink, Asia Today’s Eastern Honey features gin, wild honey, bee wax, sesame, honey foam and citrus for a wilder beverage.
