    The Sayan House nestles in the lush garden by Ayung river's gorge in the heart of Ubud, and it is no surprise this is a popular wedding venue in Bali.

Each dish is an eclectic fusion of the best of traditional Japanese cuisine and the bold flavors of Mexican, Peruvian and Brazilian kitchens. This unique and delicious fusion of Japanese and Latin-American cuisines is a breath of fresh air, and can't be found anywhere else in Bali.

    The hand crafted cocktails are exceptional too, which you can enjoy at The Sunset Bar. Open from 4pm onwards, it is a place to enjoy sundowners with friends or a lover, whilst you take in the surrounding wildlife and views of the Sayan Gorge.
