The cave by Chef Ryan Clift

A non-refundable deposit is needed for this reservation. This deposit are fully changeable to another date or person 24 hours prior to your reservation. 

Guests are requested to arrive 15 minutes prior to reservations time and seating times start promptly. Guests start their Dinner at fixed times due to the limited seating capacity, menu, and projector shows. Guests that are late will be escorted down into The cave based on the projector show. Unfortunately we do not accept guests later than 30 minutes.

Dress code: Please note the dress code to respect the venue and other diners no thongs, singlets or alcohol branded attire, bathers, beach slippers, ripped short or beachshorts. Formal shorts are permitted. Guests not adhering to the dress code will be given a sarong

The menu is carefully curated with key ingredients freshly procured from around the world and carefully developed by Chef Ryan Clift. We regret we are unable to accommodate guests with dairy, soy, egg and gluten allergies, and are unable to accommodate a vegan and celiac menu. Should you have any other dietary restrictions, please inform us at the point of your reservation. We regret that last minute requests may not be accommodated

Children aged 11 and under are welcome for our lunch seating. Children under 4 are regretfully not permitted in The cave by Chef Ryan Clift. The cave by Chef Ryan Clift is a non-smoking and vape free restaurant. A smoking section is provided above ground.
The cave by Chef Ryan Clift does not allow non dining guests and does not allow food and beverage from outside.
Special requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and restaurant discretion. Notes stating an alternative timing or party-size will not be accommodated.
We regret the cave is not wheelchair accessible. The cave by Chef Ryan Clift is pork and lard free, however it is not a halal certified restaurant and alcohol is used in some dishes, despite being cooked off.

Menus are reinvented by Chef Ryan Clift every quarter and all are menus are subject to minor changes to ensure the highest quality ingredients.

Prices are IDR 1.900.000++ as per 1st June 2025 7 course set menu.
IDR 3.650.000++ as per 1st June 2025 7 course set menu with wine and cocktail pairing.

Lunch and the 9.00pm dinner seating offers an optional 10 course set menu.
Prices are IDR 2.350.000++ as per 1st June 2025 optional 10 course set menu.
IDR 4.300.000++ as per 1st June 2025 optional 10 course set menu with wine and cocktail pairing.
