Deposit Payment:
A 75% deposit from the total price of the reservation with non-refundable conditions is required to secure your reservation.

MENU:
We will change the menu every 4 months, update menu will share on the website.

Lunch and the 9.00 pm dinner seating offer an optional 10-course set menu.

Dietary Restrictions:
Please note that as our menu is carefully curated with key ingredients freshly procured from around the world, we are unable to accommodate guests with dairy, soy, egg, gluten, and vegan allergies or intolerance. Should you have any other dietary restrictions, please inform us at the point of your reservation. We regret that last-minute requests may not be accommodated. For pescatarian or non-seafood eaters, courses with these ingredients will be changed to the vegetarian menu.

Price Change on high seasons period:
For special occasions and holidays pricing, or high season period, the menu and timing may vary.

GROUP BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Buyout & Group Booking:
Kindly note that for buyout bookings, we require either a beverage pairing selection or a minimum bar tab commitment as part of the experience. A buyout booking ensures full privacy and exclusive use of the venue, which includes dedicated service, customized ambiance, and operational allocation. The beverage component helps maintain the premium standard expected from a fully privatized experience.

Late Arrival Information:
Lunch or dinner will start together based on the above schedule. Guests are requested to arrive 15 minutes prior to the reservation time, and seating times start promptly. Guests start their lunch and dinner at fixed times due to the limited seating capacity, menu, and projector shows. Guests who are late will be escorted down into The Cave based on the projector show. Unfortunately, we do not accept guests later than 30 minutes.

Children Policy:
Considering the type of venue and experience, we recommend leaving the little ones at home.
Guests who wish to bring their children are only able to book the lunch seating.
We regret do not accept children under 4 years of age, and during the dinner seatings we do not allow children below the age of 12.
Alternatively, the children can dine at one-eighty with their own supervision.

Claustrophobic Important Note:
It is completely underground so guests who are claustrophobic should consider this.

Dress code:
Please note the dress code to respect the venue and other diners no thongs, singlets or alcohol branded attire, bathers, beach slippers, ripped short or beach shorts. Formal shorts are permitted. Guests not adhering to the dress code will be given a sarong.
