Terms & Conditions
· Restaurant dress code is smart casual beach style or resort attire
· No minimum charge applied
· Guest can utilize all available promotions i.e. Happy Hours, Dining by Design, Sundowner, etc
· The dedicated area for outside guests is only the dining table
· Sun loungers are only for hotel guests
· Supporting facilities like toilet and shower can be used
· The use of public beach and surrounding area is at guest’s own risk, and the management is not responsible for any accidents and losses that occurred by the guests
· No external food and beverages are allowed to be brought in to Courtyard Beach Club
· Management reserves the right to amend the reservation in the event of adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances
· Children under 12 (twelve) years old must be accompanied by the parents

Special requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and restaurant discretion. Notes stating an alternative timing or party-size will not be accommodated.
