RESERVATIONS TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. By utilising our Sites and Services, you will receive electronic communications, such as emails, text messages/SMS, or mobile push notifications, as outlined in the venue's privacy policy at https://www.qudobali.com. If you wish to opt out of being part of the venue's customer database or receiving communications in this manner, please reach out to the venue where you made your reservation for removal.

2. As a gesture of courtesy, you agree to inform the restaurant of any changes, updates, or cancellations to your reservation.

3. Your reservation will be assigned to the most suitable table available at the time of your booking at the selected venue.

4. Any special requests will be accommodated by the venue to the best of their ability.

5. Qudo will hold your reservation for a maximum of 15 minutes, after which the table will be made available to other diners.

6. All bookings are allotted a two-hour seating duration.

7. External food and beverages are not permitted.

8. Corkage for wine is IDR 250,000 per bottle.

A MESSAGE TO DOG OWNERS: While we appreciate your furry companions, Qudo currently upholds a no-dogs policy at the venue. This policy is in place to uphold the highest standards of health and food safety, while also respecting the diverse cultural backgrounds of our guests on the island. Guide dogs are exempt from this policy. Thank you for your understanding.

DRESS CODE AT QUDO: Casual chic attire is encouraged for a stylish appearance. Active wear, singlets, and beachwear are not permitted at the venue.
