Terms and Conditions:
1) After completing your reservation, an automatic e-booking confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. Please check this confirmation carefully as soon as you received it to ensure that what was booked matches the confirmation. If your confirmation does not arrive within 24 hours, please contact us immediately.
2) We hold your reservation for a maximum of 20 minutes past your confirmed reservation time, after which we may release your reservation. In the case of no show or late arrival, we reserve the right to re-allocate your reservation without any guarantee of an alternative seating option.
3) To allow as many guests to enjoy our dining experience, OURS’ has a seating time of 2 hours for all tables and you are welcome to have your drinks in our bar for the rest of your evening.
4) Please note that we do not accept the usage of laptops in our venue after 5PM. 5) Although we love the little creatures, we ask you to leave your dogs or other pets at home after 6PM.

Special Requests
1) Please specify your dietary preferences such as allergies together with your booking under Special Requests section.
2) If you have any special requests, such as smoking area, birthday candles, etc, please inform our Reservation immediately.

Bring Your Own
1) OURS is a restaurant and we pride ourselves on our food and beverage offering. Therefore, we do not allow our guests to bring outside food and drinks into the venue except baby food.

Special requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and restaurant discretion. Notes stating an alternative timing or party-size will not be accommodated.
