The service by Tria was absolutely horrifying as she was unpleasant, non welcoming, rude and also, slammed the bill on the table when we asked for review. The bill was incorrect and they charged us inappropriately, for some thing which we never expected. Tria was extremely upset and huffing around our table, totally spoiling the outside good food.

As long-time customers, we chose Baracca for a special New Year's dinner with a group of 10 friends. The reservation was for 7 PM - then a staff member informed us at 8:05 PM that we had to leave in 15 minutes, which was then corrected to 13 minutes for table clearing. This abrupt notice, amidst our meal and without prior warning of any 'table time policy' when we arrived or made the reservation, spoiled our plans for dessert and dampened the festive mood. Disappointed by the handling of the situation, we had to find another place for dessert. Regrettably, we won't be recommending Baracca anymore.
