RESERVATIONS
- Reservations only apply to our dinner restaurant table seating.
- Our beachfront section is only available for walk-ins, with no online reservations.
- Daybed reservations can be made via www.kudeta.com.

KU DE TA HOUSE RULES
At KU DE TA we are continually striving to protect and enhance the magical experience of our guests. Whilst we promote a relaxed environment, please respect other guests in the house and also the venue.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- No outside food or drinks are permitted inside the venue.
- Balloons and decorations are not permitted.
- No professional photography equipment including video cameras, telescopic lenses or drones are allowed into the venue without prior arrangement with KU DE TA management.
- KU DE TA will not be held responsible for any loss or breakage of any personal items.
- No pets allowed inside the venue.

SECURITY
- All guests are subject to security checks (vehicle and personal).

DRESS CODE
- Beer and alcohol branded apparel are not permitted at any time.

DAYTIME
- Neat and casual attire.
- Shirts must be worn in dining areas.

EVENING (after 6 PM)
- Smart casual attire. No singlets. No sports/surf branded apparel. No board shorts.

KU DE TA reserves the right to evict a guest or complete group immediately should excessive damage, nuisance or unlawful activities occur.
