    “A must try in Bali” dish grilled over coconut wood coal, brushed with tomato sambal and served with ‘sayur urap’ a traditional spiced coconut vegetables.

    Jimbaran Prawn

    A combination of western cuisine with locally sourced ingredients. With carpaccio style, steamed pomelo salad and dabu dabu gel.

    Ayam Upih Betutu

    Base Genep (Classic Bumbu Bali), cassava leaf mixed and stuffed together, wrapped in Upih (Palm skin) for a flavorful aroma.

    Unlike other hotels restaurant, Ikan offers wide selection of authentic Indonesian/ balinese dishes and they taste great. We ordered bebek/duck, jumbo prawn, oxtail soup and grilled fish and all of them are cooked into perfection.
