The colonial carriage bar situated behind a hidden ticket door provides a well-thought-out cocktail menu utilising local rainforest honey, smoked signature cocktails, and locally infused drinks.

This brass and wood structure has been carefully thought out and created to provide a classic 1920 carriage feel within the speakeasy bar and a casual fire kitchen sourcing local produce at the forefront of everything we do.
