A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. This deposit is transferable if changes are made 24 hours prior to the dining time.

Due to the nature of Gajah Putih as a refined dining degustation experience, we kindly inform you that only children over the age of 11 are permitted. Please note, we do not offer a children’s menu. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

We are delighted to announce that the ticket price includes an 11-course set menu, served during the theatre performance. Beverages are not included in the set menu. Upon arrival, you will be presented with a comprehensive beverage menu. Payment for beverages can be settled by cash or card at the end of the evening.

As our team follows a carefully scripted show, we regret that we cannot delay, reschedule, or repeat dinner courses. We kindly request all guests to plan accordingly for potential traffic and ensure punctual arrival.

Should you need to cancel your reservation with at least 24 hours' notice, we offer the option to reschedule your visit. Please note that tickets are non-refundable under other circumstances.
