We ordered the waygu burger(medium rare) when it arrived was not medium rare, was cold and looked like the meat had been microwaved certainly not cooked freshly on grill. We returned this and asked for a fresh one, the second one arrived in the same mushy cold state when we spoke to a manager they were just going to send it again. It was at this point ee decided we did not want to here any longer, after this they offered me the same discount i already had from a voucher they gave me on the way in so it was not special discounr at all. poor service very very poor
