Term and Conditions:
- Dress code policy: at Akasa, we invite our guests to experience refined resort elegance through attire that complements the venue’s sophisticated ambiance. For ladies, we suggest flowy resort dresses and elegant open-toe sandals or heels to match the occasion's tone. For gentlemen, collared shirts, polo shirts, or stylish T-shirts, paired with trousers, jeans, or tailored shorts, along with closed-toe shoes or stylish leather sandals, are recommended. Kindly note that athletic and beachwear, bathrobes, sleeveless shirts for men, flip-flops, Crocs, rubber sandals, and attire displaying offensive language or graphics are not permitted.
- To maintain the privacy and comfort of all guests, please refrain from taking pictures or videos, with the exception of using a phone camera (photographer and professional camera are not allowed).
-The reservation will be hold for 15 minutes from the confirmed reservation time before being released. It will be much appreciated if we could received an advance confirmation for any delay or cancelation.
- Table arrangement allocation is based on availability.
- For reservation 10 persons above are required to have down payment to secure the table.
- All payment received are non refundable.
- For reservation 10 above are require to have pre-order to prevent any delay on the service and food preparation
- Price and package are subject to change without prior notice.
- Following Indonesian Finance Minister Regulation, we strictly only accept payment in local currency Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Special requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and restaurant discretion. Notes stating an alternative timing or party-size will not be accommodated.
