Te Kila Mexican Kitchen and Bar

When entering the restaurant we were advised a couple of items were not available on the menu. Throughout the course of the evening we were advised other items were not available.l when we came to order. If this was the case we would have preferred to have known from the outset. Food came out staggered and took a while. Plates not cleared from table although plenty of staff. When complaints were made to management the response was varied/ brushed aside. Service in general in Bali has been fantastic although the manager was an absolute joke and embarrassment to the establishment. Only resolved when spoke to the owner who understood the issues and attempted to resolve. We weren't the only table with issues. Shame as venue is nice but management staff need to be appropriately trained to deal with issues and not act so arrogant in the future.
