Reservation Terms and Conditions:
1. Reservation Guarantee
- Reservations will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes from the booked time. After this period, tables may be released to walk-in guests.
2. Minimum Spend / Deposit (if applicable)
- Certain time slots, events, or group sizes may require a minimum spend or deposit. This will be communicated at the time of booking.
3. Group Reservations
- For groups of more than 6–8 guests, special arrangements may apply, including set menus or deposit requirements.
4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations or changes.
- No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee or forfeiture of deposit (if any).
5. Seating Requests
- While we do our best to accommodate seating preferences (indoor/outdoor, window seats, etc.), these are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
6. Dining Duration
- To ensure smooth operations, dining times may be limited to 90–120 minutes during peak hours.
7. Special Events / Promotions
- Promotions, discounts, and vouchers may not be combined unless otherwise stated.
- On festive dates (e.g., Christmas, New Year, Valentine’s), special menus and conditions may apply.
8. Dietary Requirements
- Please inform us in advance of any allergies or dietary restrictions so our team can better assist you.
