    Salazon is a modern woodfire grill that features a private dining room, dry-aging showroom, and Bali’s only true kitchen counter dining experience, allowing you to dine alongside where the chefs are cooking. This is the front row seat to where the actions is - experience smell, heat, sounds and see the artists at work.

    With our new operational lunch hour, Salazon also introduces the new al fresco dining option for a more casual dining experience, The Terrace.

    With a costume made 5.8 tonne oven and an eclectic international menu, and adhering to the philosophy of simple, unpretentious food done well, Salazon brings a new exciting dining experience to Bali.
