About three years ago, Mr. Wayan has proved its existence as one of the most recommended place to dine in and to experience the true taste of Balinese cuisine in Ubud, the heart of Bali Island. Growing its ambition to widely spread the taste of Bali, Mr. Wayan is about to cook his best dishes as the first of its kind in the most well known Kuta Beach, Bali.

With its extraordinary site, at the level 3 of Beachwalk Shopping Center, Kuta and its elegant yet casual atmosphere, distinguished by a tropical in and outdoor design and contemporary concept, the Mr. Wayan, by the Sea creatively offers a menu of local specialties combining with contemporary culinary techniques.

For Bali wanderers visiting the island seems very incomplete without stopping by and savoring the delicacy of local food at Mr. Wayan by the Sea in the breezy wind overlooking the stunning south coast of Bali and the beautiful sunset. The restaurant is an all-dining type of place that opens both for all visitors from in or outside the mall whether to have a quick stop before or after shopping time. It is available for a “to go” service.

It is not the only one venue to serve local food at the area; however, Mr. Wayan offers different taste to enjoy the authenticity of Balinese cuisine especially Mr. Wayan's “signature dishes” such as; Nasi Goreng Bongkot – the not so famous aromatic ginger torch flower fried rice, Be Guling Burger – the authentic homemade suckling pig patty with Mr. Wayan style of dough, and Lawar Kenus - chopped baby squid, snake bean and grated coconut seasoned with an appetizing mix Balinese spices such as chili and baby leaf with coconut milk.

Mr Wayan food philosophy is simple and full of dedication. This is done by implementing the freshest ingredients to all dishes in order to make Balinese food to be more well-known in the culinary world.
