Please read carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations. Once you submit your reservation, by default you accept these terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions
1) After completing your reservation, an automatic e-booking confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. Please check this confirmation carefully as soon as you received it to ensure that what was booked matches the confirmation. If your confirmation does not arrive within 24 hours, please contact us immediately.
2) We hold your reservation for a maximum of 15 minutes past your confirmed reservation time, after which we may release your reservation. In the case of no show or late arrival, we reserve the right to re-allocate your reservation without any guarantee of an alternative seating option.
3) To allow as many guests to enjoy our dining experience, Luigi’s has a seating time of 1.5 hours for all tables and you are welcome to have your drinks in our bar for the rest of your evening.
4) Please note our venue is smoking area.

Special Requests
1) Please specify your dietary preferences such as allergies together with your booking under Special Requests section.
2) If you have any special requests, please inform our Reservation immediately.

Dress Code
1) Tops and footwear are compulsory.
2) We do not allow Alcohol branded singlets or T-Shirts in our restaurant.

Bring Your Own
1) Luigi’s is a restaurant and we pride ourselves on our food and beverage offering. Therefore, we do not allow our guests to bring outside food and drinks into the venue except baby food.

Group Bookings
1) Online reservation is not applicable for group bookings of 8 people or more. All reservations will be treated individually. Please contact our Reservation team at +62 8113944450 to connect with us on WhatsApp.
