Description
Welcome to Apsara Contemporary Indian Dining, food from the four corners of India. Their dishes are cooked using healthy fats such as ghee, coconut oil, olive oil, and mustard oil only. They use whole wheat to make their breads, and they also create their fermented dosa/ idli batters in-house, from whole rice and lentils. The thaali is a wholesome plate with a variety of complex carb, protein, and healthy fat. All the dishes and spice blends are made in-house from scratch, with fresh and basic ingredients. The contemporary Indian tapas plates are designed to give a smorgasbord of Indian flavours and are ideal for sharing. If leaning towards a more traditional Indian fare, the curries, and sides can be combined to create a delicious traditional Indian meal.
