Boasting an Egg Confit to Dashi Risotto, diners can savour an array of exciting fusion dishes that will win them over to Wonderland.

The Egg Confit is a great way to whet your appetite before your mains arrive. Made with eggs, crispy potato, truffle jus, and potato mousseline. The mixture of textures in this dish give it a unique mouthfeel that you’ll want to savour. The light eggs and hearty potatoes make for an unlikely but delicious combination. Continuing with the unique dish trend, try the Dashi Risotto. Made with Miso Chicken Dashi, seaweed furikake, arborio rice, and mushroom, the recipe here puts a Japanese spin on an Italian staple.
