Bringing Mod-Sin cuisine to a chic, sultry underground lounge in the heart of the city, The Kongsee exudes elegance through great food and ambience.

    Curating a delicate menu that highlights the best of Singapore cuisine, dishes here pay homage to Singapore's rich culture. Take for instance the Chicken Barley Risotto Roll - a healthier spin on our nation's favourite hawker dish that doesn't compromise on that all-too familar flavour. Their Mini Roxy Crab Laksa is another stunner whose award-winning delicate broth which features wild-caught crab has garnered a cult following all the way in Niseko. The best part? Most dishes are available in half-portions, which allow diners to traverse the entire menu even in smaller groups.

    Meanwhile, the bar serves up a menu of Singapore-centric cocktails split into iconic locations - think Little India and Chinatown - where the drinks themselves draw their inspiration from.
