Located conveniently next to So SPA, The Garden restaurant completes the pampering experience when you visit the Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa. The scenery is a treat in itself. Through the restaurant’s full length windows, relax and enjoy the views of the lush forest. The restaurant is not only close to nature, but also treasures and respects it through their sustainable cooking philosophy. All ingredients are ethically sourced so diners can enjoy the tasty dishes with a clear conscience and a hearty appetite. Take the refreshing Chilled Gazpacho soup for example, which uses heirloom tomatoes that are grown at a small scale by local farmers.

The Garden creatively fuses influences from around the world to create unique dishes. Their tender and juicy Australian Cape Grim Sirloin Steak is served Asian style with Hong Kong Baby Pok Choy. Succulent Grilled Tiger Prawn with Baked Pumpkin are served with a fresh wakame salad, luxurious caviar with a dash of shoyu dressing. The resort’s conscious dining establishment dishes out a healthy and hearty fare with an exclusive 3-course set menu specially designed for the health-conscious and vegetarian dads. With an emphasis on health and wellness, the meal features a selection of light and refreshing appetizers, hearty main courses, and sweet and savoury dessert, complete with gourmet coffee or artisanal tea. Each set meal comes with a complimentary glass of fine spirit (choice of Vodka, Gin or Bourbon) or signature detox juice.
