The Feather Blade takes over the izakaya menu at its sibling restaurant, RAPPU Handroll Bar. Feather Blade is steakhouse that specialises in alternative steak cuts, and at RAPPU, their famed steak and burgers will be available in izakaya style.

The Feather Blade Izakaya’s signature Feather Blade Steak is a hot favourite among the young and the old. Served medium rare, the succulent steak is juicy yet tender and is accompanied by wagyu butter and furikake for that Japanese twist.

For those who prefer their steaks sandwiched between a classic burger, the Handshake burger patty is deep fried in beef fat and topped with shallots and béarnaise. This mouth watering burger is sure to pack a hearty punch of flavour with every mouthful.

Diners can also savour other izakaya snacks such as Eihire (Stingray Fin), Chicken Cartilage Karaage (Nonkotsu) and RAPPU’s decadent High Roller. (Dec 2020)
