The Dining Room at Sheraton Towers is proof positive that ground floor dining can be just as panoramic, if not more so, as restaurants perched atop lofty heights. The ambiance is made serene with cascading waterfalls, rock pools, and sculptured gardens just outside the windows; it almost feels like you’ve escaped to another country. Beneath the high ceilings lies an intimate dining area where diners partake in familiar Asian favourites such as the signature Sheraton Towers "Fried or Gravy" Laksa, Crabmeat Fried Rice and tantalising sweet treats like Ice Burger.
