To find authentic Indian food, look no further than Tandoori Culture. With a branch located at HillV2 near Hillview MRT station, this brightly-lit establishment offers a simple yet elegant interior, serving excellent Indian food in a casual atmosphere. Popular with Singaporean gourmets, Tandoori Culture specialises in food cooked in a traditional tandoor oven, or an oven made of clay. This method of cooking slowly extracts the rich flavours from the component ingredients, resulting in fragrant and impactful dishes sure to make your tastebuds sing.

Start your meal with the Vegetable Soup, consisting of sweet corn, manchal and dal, and make your way to the entrees, which includes vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. For vegetarians, be sure to try the Punjabi Dal Tadka, consisting of yellow lentils cooked with butter and mixed with a medley of vegetables, including fried chopped onions, coriander and tomatoes.

Beyond greens, try the Mutton Rogan Josh, consisting of bite-sized mutton cubes braised and blended with an eclectic mix of spices, and served in a creamy curry sauce.
