Located in the luxe Crockfords Tower of Resorts World Sentosa, this spot pays homage to Japanese fine dining with their refreshing interpretations of classics. A sleek interior boasts natural accents like wood and marble and makes the perfect spot for a business lunch to impress, or even a date night to impress.

For a dish that is as delicious as it is Instagram-worthy, try the Sea Urchin Rolled by Wagyu Beef. Served on little gold spoons, the delight is made with the beloved Japanese uni rolled up in a thin strip of raw beef.
