  Great food, Great service, Great evening

  I am writing in to compliment your staff that served me during dinner with my family on 17 June 2022. I would like to mention that the service at Shangri-La was impeccable. Not only was the food absolutely delicious, the food was also personalised based on our dietary restrictions, the staff there served us with much politeness and friendliness. Overall, that was by far the most memorable dining experience we had in many years. I would like to offer special thanks to Elsa, Steven and Chef Alex who attended to my family and I that night.

  Poorly trained staff

  Poor food. Nonchalant staff and poor service. Birds flying in to eat leftovers and staff ignored them

  Breakfast That Never Fails To Amaze

  The food was good. They offer a wide variety of menu items. We found the Asian selections particularly tasty and true to their heritage. Must try!

  Plant-based meals

  I usually have challenges going out for family meals because I am on a plant-based diet. When I visited Silver Shell, I was prepared to have only salad for dinner. However, Executive Chef Pradeep Kumar prepared some plant-based dishes (Sze Chuan tofu, avocado salad, vegan sushi and curry..). It had been a wonderful and awesome experience. My wife was also impressed with the exceptional service. We will come back again. This is a highly recommended place for plant-based/vegan diners who can have family dinner without feeling left out.

  Sumptuous Food, Nice Ambience

  Food at the Silver Shell Cafe is quite good. The buffet breakfast can be ordered via scan app and will be served individually to guests. The breakfast spread is quite extensive with many choices from local Asian food to western and even Indian food. Highly recommend their laksa, French toast, omelette combo set, and won tan noddle soup. We also have dinner there, and their Nasi Goreng, Satay Combo and Ipoh Chicken Hor Fun are really delicious.
  
  You can choose to dine indoors or outdoors for some fresh air, but beware of birds sharing your meals.
