Sample everything - from the refreshingly cold soba in sauce to hearty warm soba - and pick your favourite, if you can. From classics like Tempua Seiro Soba and Ten Chirashi Soba, to an exclusive vegetarian menu, there’s something here for everyone. The noodles are made with only pesticide-free buckwheat grown under the clear blue skies of Tasmania, and according to the “Santate” principle - freshly milled, made, and cooked - so diners can rest assured that their meals are of the highest quality.

    The Soba Duck Tsukemen Seiro is a must-try, and for good reason. Served with a generous helping of noodles, a soft boiled egg, and flavourful duck broth topped with mushrooms and tofu, this is the perfect meal to enjoy with a glass of sake. The little things are just as well-executed as the mains. The Chawanmushi is an instagram-friendly dish of egg topped with a traditional fishcake and Ikura.
