Scrumptious Korean Fusion Cuisine
Finally we got the chance to visit Naeum. Simple interior design and cosy. Love the presentation of every dishes and tasted great too. Warm service from the staff. Will wait for their Spring menu for the next visit.

Superb Seasonal Korean Fusion Food
Its so difficult to make a reservation here. Next slot is February.
Superb modern interpretation of traditional korean food and ingredients. Very knowledgeable staff and super efficient. Tiptop service.
Food taste, texture, freshness and plating was excellent.
Restaurant was well decorated with pleasing tones and furnishing.
Good to note that the fixed menu changes every 3 months.
Kudos to Chef Owner Louis Han for the innovative tasting food.
Naeum proudly presents the best of Western techniques and Korean heritage flavours to diners, through episodic menus. Located along Telok Ayer Street, this humble restaurant was founded by chef Louis Han, who delivers show-stopping dishes of contemporary Seoul cuisine.
Well-lit by soft lighting, the cosy space at Naeum is furnished with sleek wood panels for a cosy yet sophisticated vibe. Snag a seat near the bar for quick refills or slide into the booth seats to enjoy an intimate dining session with friends.
Start off with the Fish and Spanner Crab, which comes beautifully garnished with fish roe, and features the freshest catch of the ocean. Stuffed with succulent crab meat, the tightly rolled wrap is evenly sliced, rewarding diners with mouthfuls of juicy crab meat dipped in a light yuzu sauce.
Next up, the visually spectacular Mulhwae, with its explosion of flavour and colour, is a fantastic dish that sashimi lovers should not miss out on. Our favourite? The Uni Somyeon which is an exquisite dish of cold soba and uni topped with caviar. (Jun 2021)
