    Description
Monte Risaia spotlights Japanese flavours executed with Italian flair.

Dining omakase-style, with a three-course menu starting from $68 and a six-course menu from $128. The meal starts with an amuse bouche and assorted appetizers, before moving on to pasta and the main course.

Pastas here are cooked to perfection. The Pescatora Rosa Shiso & Omaru Lobster Dashi Pasta is an umami-rich dish of plump juicy lobster sitting in a light and tangy tomato-based broth made from dashi stock.

For mains, the Omi Wagyu Tagliatelle promises to win over your heart — and stomach — with its beautifully-marbled meat, seared to medium-rare doneness. The beef is buttery and meltingly tender, best paired with a glass of classic Italian red wine or some fine Japanese sake. (Oct 2019)
