Tucked in Ngee Ann City along Orchard Road, Mizuki is a Japanese restaurant to enjoy cuisine of the highest order. Well-known for their Omakase Tempura Meal, the restaurant specialises in whipping up tasty tempura dishes.

Perfect for intimate meals, the restaurant is segregated into private rooms with the option of dining at the sushi counter or the tempura counter. For the tempura experience, start with a simple plate of spinach and beancurd skin in dashi sauce before moving onto the scallop. Cooked medium rare, the wonderful texture of the scallop elevates the dish, giving it a fantastic flavour. Deep fried to perfection, the anago is a delicious mouthful of sweet and tangy flavour, enhanced by the acidity brought about by a drop of lemon juice. Wrap up your meal with a small bowl of fluffy Japanese short grain rice topped with diced tempura prawns.
