Start by whetting your appetite with a light salad. The Pomelo & Tiger Prawn Salad is an excellent option. This unlikely yet tasty combination works wonders, due to the contrasting flavours of the seafood and fruit balancing one another out. The Grilled Lemongrass Chicken of Savannakhet is another must-try. The lemongrass gives this dish its mouthwatering fragrance, while the grilling process gives the chicken a smoky flavour while sealing in the juices of the meat.
