  Great bar good service

  There was quite a queue to get inside so sat outside for cocktails instead. Served by Rachel who was super friendly and attentive. Possibly the best service we’ve had since being in Singapore and was very chill vibes, usually find staff can be quite rude elsewhere so would recommend bar just based on that! Had tried to enter bar earlier on and was bluntly told by a young bald headed man that the queue was to the other side which initially put us off and we ended up going elsewhere. However upon returning all was good, inside sounded fun, very busy so must be good!

  Not pleasant , pathetic customer service(not from all staff but one)

  I'm writing this review while finishing my dinner. Unpleasant staff, they feel that they are doing a favour. I aksed for menu & one of the staff i literally threw at my table.
  On top of that i found a long hair in my platter. I will never come here again or recommend it to others. Either owner got too much of money or he isn't aware of what's happening here. Pathetic customer service!!

  Violation

  Used to like highlander but I have since change my mind towards this bar.
  Errant staff. Breach of trust and violation of work ethics!

  I used to like that place. Was one of my favorites! But i stopped visiting!

  Its a very nice and always happening bar-club at CQ with a lovely life music bands and a good to go DJ. We used to come twice a week.
  But we got annoyed for a few times with a changing bar rules and I cant say an easy management.
  
  For example a very aggressive service when someone (waiter) is going to approach you before you even going to reach a table or whatever place and will demand you to order! Happened a few times when It was not only that but touching part as well! Duo to we didnt see the waiter because it was loud so the gentlemen garbed me and turned me with a very loud voice and it was some arguing.
  Well< I have mothing against minimum order but you should give at least a moment to take a breath and the first thing to say should be a Hello instead of : you have to order. Like: if you want me to leave you alone then you have to order!
  Of course< its always a different story If you will have a table. Then nobody will disturb you and will clear everything before you even finish your drinks.
  We had a few times issues over there and I cant say that it was resolved by whoever we were talking< can we talk to the manager? It was just more arguing and etc...I thought that the job scope is to calm and solve the problem instead of evolving .
  
  anyway< it was a while since the last time We were there so I hope something changed!
  
  I still would recommend it to my friends because except that part - place is nice and fun going! The ambience and music! Always people from all over the world and anytime of the week!

  Possibly the noisiest bar in town ?

  Oh boy. So glad we sat outside. The interior was deafening. Think it would have blown my hearing aids off !! Nevertheless just sitting outside was full of atmosphere. The waiters (men & women) all wear tartan kilts, but none of them are Scottish. The main plus for me was that I couldn't hear the wife talking, so I enjoyed my beer in peace !
  Good place to hang out if your eardrums don't burst.
