Perched on the third level and boasting a cosy interior, the main draw of this spot is it’s restorative atmosphere, touted as the “best moment of your day.” Named after the birds of tranquility and longevity in Chinese and Greek folklore, the menu here is crafted with a focus on wellness and the healing effect of food.

The menu seamlessly weaves in hints of Sichuan flavour into traditional European classics, so don’t expect the usual cafe fare here. An expert team of chefs from China and Singapore work together to create unique dishes that will leave you wanting more. The Cured Sausage Shakshuka is a rich and unique dish that will surprise you with every bite. Spicy sausage chunks cooked with corn, tomato, and mushrooms, this dish is spicy, sweet, and flavourful. Dip the accompanying slices of beetroot toast into the stew for an added burst of flavour.

For something a little lighter, opt for the H&C Beef Caesar Salad, a delicious dish of tender braised beef tossed in a mix of greens and eggs. This dish is crisp and soft in equal measure, and for a salad, it’s pretty moreish. The fibre from the vegetables and the richness of the beef make this a good option even if you’re famished.
