    Chef Teppei Yamashita and Anagram Food Lab have partnered to create Guriru, a restaurant whose menu is inspired by the Japanese Hamayaki, popularly known as the Fisherman's Grill. Tempt your taste buds with some of the freshest ocean catches like Hyogo oysters, Black Tiger Prawns, and Scallops, freshly grilled upon order.

    Grilled over an open charcoal fire, go for their Hyogo Oysters that are plump and juicy to experience the best of Guriru. Or order a plate of Shishamo that’s crunchy, savoury and highly addictive to share over drinks whilst waiting for your mains.

    The Kurobuta Pork Belly is slow cooked for 4 hours and finished with homemade teriyaki sauce for diners looking for meaty options. Juicy, tender, and bursting with flavour, this makes a perfect meal for those with bigger appetites. It’s also perfect for sharing.

    For mains, go for Guriru’s Kaisendon which includes fresh sashimi such as salmon, swordfish, whelk, tuna and ikura generously topped on fragrant pearl rice. This dish is packed with fresh ocean flavour and umami, so it is certain to satisfy your sashimi cravings.
