Headed by Chef Ilham Tahirov, a renowned figure in the whole foods scene, Genius Central Singapore’s culinary team is dedicated to preparing meals that are delicious, healthy, and most importantly, house-made. We take pride in creating food items in-house, from our sauces to raw desserts to locally-farmed produce. This goes the same for our meat options, where we ensure that we only serve high-quality organic chicken; prawns, and fish wild-caught, that is, they are caught in their natural environment by fishermen. Ingredients such as organic basmati rice, gluten-free soy sauce, wolfberry, haricot fine beans, and gluten-free batter can be found in the extensive menu.
To get your day started for breakfast, start with a Smoothie Bowl or our famous Smashed Avocado, a healthy breakfast seasoned in Himalayan pink salt that sits on a 36-hour fermented toast, sprinkled with house-made dukkah and balsamic glaze, and topped with a chunky tomato salad and fresh herbs. For lunch, our popular Falafel bowl from the Longevity Bowls section makes a great lunch option. It is filled with a variety of mixed mesclun, cherry tomato salsa, tabouleh, traditional hummus, beetroot hummus, house-made falafel, mixed herbs, avocado, house-made plant-based raita, house-made flatbread, dukkah. Looking for something to fill your tummy after a long day? Genius Central also has you covered. Mains include the Creamy Mushroom Pasta, a healthier version to the traditional Italian favorite, a dish which Genius Central uses cashew milk to create the creamy texture. Guests can also opt for gluten-free pasta. Khichdi is something that will fill your belly, with yellow mung lentils and plant-based raita cooked together with organic basmati rice. Genius Central Singapore’s menu also extends to desserts.
