    Description

    Dressed in a fun nautical theme, Fish & Co is a family-friendly restaurant that specialises in fish & chips, as well as fresh seafood in a pan. Herbs, olive oil, and a variety of spices are key here, adding an abundance of flavour to the fresh catch. For starters, the Fried Calamari is perfect for sharing, where juicy squid is sliced into rings and coated with a savoury, peppery crumb. Meanwhile, the Caesar Salad with Tamago is a good way to add some greens into a protein-rich meal.

    Fish & Co’s specialty is their selection of Fish & Chips from around the world. You can’t go wrong with classics like the New York Fish & Chips, where a slab of fish fillet is stuffed with parmesan cheese and drizzled with lemon butter sauce. Moving over to Europe, try the Swiss or Danish Fish & Chips — the former showcases a herby filling of mozzarella and oregano, while the latter comes stuffed with mozzarella cheese and a surprising kick of chilli powder. For more local flavours, there’s the ubiquitous chilli crab sauce slathered over the Singapore Fish & Chips, or tuck into the Salted Egg Fish & Chips that comes with a rich golden sauce.

    If it all seems like too much fried goodness, balance things out with a selection of grilled fish from the menu. Popular favourites include the Grilled Peri-Peri White Fish, as well as Grilled Salmon done in different ways — wrapped in Cajun spices, or in a herb and citrus crust.
