Fat Cow introduces two new menus to its Omakase category allowing more diners to enjoy the unique epicurean experience. With a total of two menus options, diners will get to select an experience of their choice depending on their preferences. The premium category, SUMIRE すみれ (lunch) and NAGOYAKA なごやか (Dinner) offers 16 and 20 courses respectively. Known and celebrated for serving only the finest Wagyu meat sourced from all over the world, Fat Cow also introduces the Wagyu Sumibiyaki to its NAGOYAKA menu where Head Chef Shigeru Kasajima will select the very best Wagyu for you to taste on your gastronomical journey

Fat Cow introduces two new menus to its Omakase category allowing more diners to enjoy the unique epicurean experience. With a total of two menus options, diners will get to select an experience of their choice depending on their preferences. The premium category, SUMIRE すみれ (lunch) at $120++ and NAGOYAKA なごやか (Dinner) at $250++, boasts freshest air-flown seasonal seafood and stunningly-marbled wagyu beef imported from various Japan’s finest prefectures.
