Escape’s acclaimed She11 We buffet makes a triumphant return with 11 varieties of seafood on ice.

Escape is making a comeback as an all-you-can-eat destination with the return of its popular She11 We buffet spread featuring seafood on ice alongside decadent ocean entrées prepared a la minute.

She11 We invite seafood aficionados to indulge in a glorious ensemble of 11 ocean gems on ice comprised of Sweet Sea Prawns, Flower Crabs, Spanner Crabs, Australian Yabbies, Sea Whelk, Stone Crabs, Snow Crab Legs, Half Shell Sea Scallops, Half Shell Green Mussels, Flower Clams and Live Seasonal Japanese Oysters. The wonders of the sea extend to the extravagant buffet spread served a la minute to the table at peak freshness.

For starters, look forward to Indonesian-Style Grilled Squid with spicy Baked Tomato Sambal and luscious Pan Seared Ahi Tuna Tataki with Nori Salad and Tobiko Lime Aioli. Perennial local seafood favourites also make their way onto the spread featuring Seafood Fried Rice with generous chunks of Conpoy and Baby Abalone, Crispy Soft-Shell Crab with Mala Spices and lip-smacking Black Pepper Crayfish served atop a bed of Glass Noodles. A collection of western delights also makes their foray into She11 We comprised of fresh tossed Pomodoro Pasta with assorted seafood and curry leaves, Miso Seabass with a dash of tangy Citrus Garlic Butter Sauce alongside a dollop of Truffle Potato puree, as well as the quintessential Fish & Chips perfect for children. For dessert, the culinary team presents ocean-themed treats for all ages. Escape’s famous Durian Pengat makes its triumphant return served alongside Mini Seashell Madeleines while a soothing Sea Coconut and Longan beverage refresh the palate. Meanwhile, kids will enjoy the terrarium-style Panna Cotta with colourful jelly bead “Salmon Roe.” The all-time favourite Ondeh-Ondeh Cake and Chocolate Flourless Cake round out the ensemble of desserts.
