    Description
Join chef-owner Andrew Walsh on a journey through his Irish heritage with Nua Irish cuisine at CURE. Representing his take on the evolution of Irish cuisine, the name takes inspiration from the double meaning of the word Nua: Old Gaelic for Irish and modern Irish for new.

His vision and efforts have proved successful with CURE clinching its first star at the Michelin Guide Singapore 2021 as well as being selected for The World’s 50 Best Discovery list. The restaurant’s success in garnering these awards during a challenging time for the industry is a sheer testament of the team’s unwavering resilience, dedication, and passion for their craft.

Together with head chef Maksym Chukanov, the zealous chef has included up to 85% of Ireland’s best in one expressive menu. Matched elegantly with cocktails with Irish spirits and fine wines, Nua meanders through the island’s colorful history and mysteries, with heartwarming snippets of Walsh's growing years. (Sep 2021)

    The Buzz
"The team cleverly freezes fennel in granita shards to colour a deconstructed strawberry shortcake with tinges of refreshing anise. For a session that only claims to offer four courses, we’re fed beyond sated with seven plate changes, including a stellar one of quail, juicy, breaded rolls of quail and ricotta kiev, garlic milk and leek ash." -Time Out
