  Disappointing Experience

  Went to coyote ugly on Halloween night, waited to order food. They were having a 1 for 1 promo before 7pm which showed on the screen. We ordered but was told it was only got weekdays and almost all the food items weren’t available as they were ‘clearing out’ since they were moving. After 15 mins we checked on our food to be informed that our order wasn’t keyed in. Later confirmed that my friend who got served by another waiter got the 1 for 1. Bad first experience there.

  Nice food, inappropriate staff behaviour

  1) Each time a table with Chinese customers called for the wait staffs’ attention, the staffs would respond from a distance with a loud ‘Ni Hao!’ followed by ‘Ni Yao Shen Mer?’ (an attempt in mandarin to ask ‘What do you want to order?’). The problems are: (a) mandarin is evidently not the staffs’ mother tongue and (b) not all customers who look Chinese will speak or understand mandarin? This practice of the staffs came across as condescending and gave the restaurant an awful image of mocking customers.
  
  2) The staff who attended to our table attempted to take our order by memory. After we told him our order of 4 pizzas and sides, he then said oh, he better write the orders down on his phone since we ordered so many. So we repeated our orders. That was not the end of our ordeal - when another staff (staff 2) delivered the pizzas, she swung one pizza against the shirt of of one of us and the pizza crust dropped off. While eating the pizzas, we asked staff 2 to check on the sides. She said ok and the sides never came. After another wait, we got hold of another staff (staff 3) who then told us staff 1 did not key in the order for sides! So staff 3 keyed it in.
  
  I rated 3 stars as the pizzas were nice and reasonably priced. The staffs behaviour mr ruined above made an unpleasant experience unfortunately. Request the management to look into (1) and (2) and address them as it would be a pity to trip up on the staff behavioural aspects.

  Worst bar service

  Unfriendly staff - reserved a table 1 week in advance yet they made us sit in waiting area like zone

  Amazing food

  The food served was very nice and freshly made. Highly recommend to go for the food prepare by the chief you wont be disappointed.

  Food Taste

  I would say that the food is very delicious and affordable price especially the Lobster Pasta and Lobster Roll. Seafood lovers should give it a try as the seafood is fresh and tasty! Non-seafood lovers will also be attracted to the pizzas and also the sides, not forgetting the pasta which has mushroom and chicken in it. The texture and the flavour of every food in the menu is what a general diner is looking in terms of one’s taste buds so come down to Coyote Ugly and try the food!
