    If you were about to assume the kind of food that's dished out here based on the above description though, you're in for a surprise. Sure there are the usual hallmarks of a luxe dining spot like oysters, caviar and a downright delicious Steak Tartare, but then Corduroy Palace subverts expectations with luscious bites like a Turkey BLT and Xiao Long Baos.

    Crafted in collaboration with a local dumpling house near Bukit Timah, the aforementioned Xiao Long Baos are perfect for those who like their food to hit closer to home. Other standouts include their Chicken Cordon Blue, and a Prime Rib that comes served with a fully-loaded baked potato topped with caviar.
