Bundled up in different flavoured wafer cones, the tender fish otah and crispy fish skin is topped off with a tasty in house sauce for the ultimate indulgence. Other equally innovative dishes include the Shredded Kampung Chicken with Truffle, Crispy Fish Skin with Salted Egg Yolk and Smoked Cod Fish Fillet.
