Inspired by heritage and tradition, borne of luxury and refinement, Brasserie Les Saveurs at The St. Regis Singapore provides a refuge of timeless elegance and discerning taste, dedicated to the art of culinary excellence and classic epicurean experiences.

Delight in modern interpretations of classic French cuisine and enjoy a showcase of entrees which include Pâté en croûte, a pastry-enveloped terrine comprising pork and foie gras pate flavoured with pistachios, herbs and onion compote, served chilled to reveal its fullest flavours. For an alternate taste, the Escargots de Bourgogne is a choicest option, with its nutrient-rich snails poached in a court bouillon then baked in “beurre d’escargots”, allowing the buttery sauce to melt completely into the meat.  

Other epicurean moments features exceptional signatures such as Legine Australe of Patagonian Toothfish with Bell Pepper Piperade, Chorizo and Rocket Pesto, and a convivial platter of Cote de Boeuf, a wonderful 1kg of robustly flavoured beef prime rib paired with roasted potatoes, mixed vegetables, mushrooms and bearnaise sauce.
