  Great serve and food😘

  One of our favourite hang out gathering with friends. Excellent food and service.
  White soup is good. Omakase is not to be missed too.

  GOOD START FOR OMAKASE EXPERIENCE .

  I was attracted by the 1 for 1 promotion for omakase dinner at the reasonable price of S$120 for 2 persons.
  
  There were 12 items in the set. All were presented well. The food offered were fresh and included most japanese favourites. None of the items were the expensive and exquisite type so the wow factor is not expected. Go for good value for money omakase first time experience

  15 COURSE OMAKASE AT $88 FOR 2 PAXS. WHAT A STEAL!

  Had a wonderful Omakase dinner the other night. Host Mervin was warm and friendly and explained each course to us. Each course was served in petite portion but we left full after 15 courses + complimentary matcha ice cream were served. Had the opportunity to try fugu for the first time too. The only compliant I had was two tables of 4 paxs talking so loudly that somewhat spoilt our dining experience which of course was no fault of the restaurant.

  Beppu Menkan Japanese Restaurant

  I’ll base my review on 3 criteria:
  A) Quality
  B) Value
  C) Service
  
  A) Quality. I’ll give 4.5 outta 5 stars. Food was fresh & oishii!
  B) Value. This is not buffet but omakase. So it’s not abt quantity but qualify. Each course (12 courses) came in petit portion. But altogether, enough to fill your stomach. 4.5 outta 5.
  C) Service. I’ll give a 5 outta 5. The host & hostess, Mervin & Iris were very engaging without being intrusive. They knew when to engage you & when to let you enjoy each course. We were served by Mervin for all the courses. He patiently & elaborately explained the ingredients & preparation of each menu. Iris welcomed us & sat us at our table. Drinks were served by her. Again she elaborately & patiently explained the drink menu, without being too intrusive yet very engaging. Both exemplified exceptional customer service, which is not abt selling your products but emotional engagement with your customers. I found out through my conversation with Mervin as to why he excelled in customer service. He used to work for a top airline in the world for more than 30 years! Definitely putting his experience to good use!

  Excellent Food, Great Service, Cool Venue

  One of the best ramen joint in town. One & Only Beppu Menkan in Singapore! Awesome for family and friends.
