Located in one of Singapore’s most historic clubs, this elegant establishment serves delicious modern European comforts that will transport you to the heart of Europe.

Resplendent amidst lush greenery, Arbenz brings a unique alfresco dining experience to diners. For appetisers, start off with Hand-Cut Beef Tartar & Brioche. A classic European delight, this light dish uses the freshest ingredients to really bring out the sweet and savoury flavours of the Tartar.

Trying to cater to a wider group, Arbenz serves vegan and vegetarian options too. For mains, go for their Taro Gnocchi. This creamy dish is made with sweet potato pasta tossed in a Garlic Sage Cream Emulsion. For a ‘meatier’ vegan option, their Signature Australian Eggplant Steak hits all the flavour profiles for a savoury and sweet dish with a side of pea hummus.

Have a little fun and go for the Fondue Bourguignonne. Cook beef tenderloin cubes to your perfect doneness before dipping in a range of condiments. A dish for two, do call ahead if you want to try out this traditional swiss dish. For a sampler, approach their friendly service staff for a 5-Course Tasting meal at only $128.
