As a starter, try their Assorted Gol Gappa Shots, in which you can enjoy a taste of everything in each of the 5 assorted flavoured puffed flour balls. With a whole menu dedicated to the Biryani options, Aapon's Biryanis must not be missed. Go for their Hyderabadi Chicken Dum Biryani if you're looking for something filling to share, full of fragrant spices and large chunks of chicken that go well with firm rice. We recommend ordering this with sides to share so that you really enjoy the full experience at Aapon. There is also Vegetable Biryani available at Aapon so that vegetarians can experience the same delicious taste. A hearty and filling dish, packed with seasonal vegetables, it pairs perfectly with any curry or chutney.

As far as main dishes go, Aapon's Mutton Shank Nihari is our favorite. Served with fall-off-the-bone tender mutton and a delicate Nihari sauce, the savoury and saucy bone marrow is sure to send you to umami heaven. For vegetarians, try their Palak Paneer, a thick creamy gravy with spinach and cottage cheese that will melt on your tongue and is the perfect accompaniment to any rice dish or bread.
