Coupled with an extensive range of wine, whisky, sake, beers and cocktails, this humble restaurant and bar along Neil Road aims to delight and tease your discerning palates with good food and great wines.

Start off small with the restaurant’s luxe offerings of modern contemporary tapas. Farmed in QianDao lake, the Caviar Oscietra is one of the world’s most expensive delicacies served here with Bilinis, Creme Fraiche and condiments for maximum flavour. Seafood lovers can opt to kickstart their meal with a serving of French Fines De Claire Oyster or Live Maine Lobster for a taste of the freshest catch from the ocean before diving into more ocean delights such as the Sea Urchin, Hokkaido Scallop or Chilean Sea Bass.

For those in search of meaty options to satisfy their carnivorous cravings, we recommend ordering the 89 degrees Braised Wagyu Brisket to indulge in bone marrow, parmesan potato espuma and jamon tuile.
