Chef Residence presents SingleThread, Califonia's Three-Michelin-Starred restaurant

Three Michelin-Starred Restaurant SingleThread arrives in Singapore this July: Chef Kyle Connaughton along with wife/farmer Katina Connaughton bring a uniquely curated taste of Sonoma Wine Country, California to our local scene.

From 1st July to 30th July, Chef Patron Kyle Connaughton will lead his core team of chefs and front-of-house staff for their first full-length Asian residency, recreating SingleThread’s soulful, sensorial and meaningful dining experience in Singapore. The limited 30-day engagement is largely influenced by the Connaughton’s time living in Hokkaido, Japan and where they honed their education in farming, cooking, and warm hospitality. An unmistakably Japanese ethos pervades everything they do, rooted in the concept of ‘omotenashi' that delivers a heightened sense of hospitality while anticipating a guest’s every need.

Lunch: 12pm - 2.30pm
Dinner: 6pm - 10.30pm
Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays
